Scope of service
We provide consulting and execution services for digital marketing in growth-map format. Every project's scope is defined in writing before kickoff and no work begins without mutual approval.
Fees and payment
Fees are calculated per growth route and paid per the schedule in the proposal. Payment is in Egyptian Pounds unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
All deliverables (reports, content, code) transfer to you upon full payment. We retain the right to feature the project as a case study with your written permission.
Confidentiality
We treat all information you share as confidential and do not disclose it to any third party without explicit permission, except as required by law.
Limitation of liability
We guarantee professional execution per industry standards but cannot guarantee specific financial outcomes due to factors beyond our control (market conditions, competition, platform algorithms).
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
